Faith in Action: Richard Lawrence
Richard Lawrence is a retired United Methodist minister who was active in the civil rights struggle in the 1960s and led a march with Dr. Martin Luther King in Chicago. He is currently an activist for affordable housing in San Diego. He co-chairs the Affordable Housing Coalition and is employed part-time with the United African American Ministerial Action Council, the MAAC Project and the Center for Policy Initiatives.
